MXK series products for rubber, 325 mesh screen residue is small, low moisture, good compatibility with rubber material, improve mechanical properties of vulcanized rubber, good chemistry inert, almost no reaction with any chemical additives. At present the rubber grade calcined kaolin products use mainly in mini motor vehicle tyre or nonmotor vehicle tyre, conveyor belt, rubber mat and so on.

Rubber grade kaolin has two kinds of types, repectively is light color rubber products MXK401 and dark-colored rubber products MXK502R. Reasonable particle size MXK series products, used in rubber products provide excellent dispersion, improve physical and mechanical properties of rubber products.

MXK401 is calcined treatment products, high whiteness, narrow size distribution, excellent dispersion in the rubber materials, no effect on the properties of vulcanized rubber. In light-colored rubber products can partially replace silica white and reduce overall costs.
