This range of nanografeno laminar morphology, can be used as well as lubricating material for the preparation of masterbatch and conductive materials. This new product is an alternative to using nanotubes and carbon nanofibers.

FEATURES
  • Spectacular thermal conductivity (more than 5300 Wm-1K-1).
  • Very high Young's modulus (approximately 1,000 GPa) and high force (approx. 100 GPa).
  • Exceptional conductivity in the film (more than 20,000 S / cm) flat.
  • Extraordinarily high specific surface area of ??contact (more than 2675 m2 / g).
  • Low density (2.25 g / cm3).
  • Great resistance to permeation of gases.
  • Functionalizable surface easily.
  • Dispersible polymers and many common solvents.
  • High load nanocomposites.

APPLICATIONS
  • Used to produce plastic and conductive inks. Used in electronics, instrumentation, manufacturing, electrical devices, radio, wireless fluorescent lamps, image recorders, rheostats and matches.
  • Used as a lubricant for thermoplastic materials.
  • Used in static applications for polyurethane plastics and resins. Used in the footwear industry, homes and printers.
  • Used in coatings, paints, rubber, plastics and emulsions. Increases conductivity, strength, compaction, adhesion and high cleanliness of the product.
  • automotive applications, including fuel systems (ability to dissipate loads); wheels (heat dissipation and improved rigidity); polymer composites, such as the supports for the mirrors, interior parts, bumpers, grilles, and structural components requiring an electrostatic painted.
