SiO2 with special wear resistance of 100nm for use in plastics and paint and coatings industries. This material has been functionalized by self-assembly generating a surface modification to be compatible with organic materials. The product has shown optimal scratchproof and wear resistance properties.

APPLICATION
  • Hardening of paints, varnishes and resins (concentration from 0.5 to 2%).
  • Increased wear resistance of composite materials (concentration from 2 to 7.5%).
  • Fill plastic.
  • Increase strength to plastics.
