DBDPE granule is made of DBDPE powder and a few of compounded effect agent, adding quantity with powder is essentially the same. Also the granule can get the efficient flame retardancy and thermal stability. compared with using DBDPE powder, using granule has the following advantages:
1. more environmental, avoiding dust flying everywhere, reducing the pollution to the environment and making greener and safer for working environment.
2. reducing loss and cost.
3. this granule has good affinity and easy to dispersion with resin, high flame retardant efficiency and thermal stability, mechanical performance is excellent, and the resin can be repeated processing without affecting the mechanical properties.
