Composition:
VIBATAN PE ANTIBLOCKING 03946 is a dispersion of a special ultra-micronized Silicate in polyethylene.
Application:
VIBATAN PE ANTIBLOCKING 03946 has been developed for the extrusion of polyolefin films, even of those with a minimum thickness. It is suitable to replace masterbatches containing natural Silica: some natural mineral fillers may cause unpleasant effects such as the reduction of optical properties or the excessive absorption of co-additives (slipping, antistatic or antifog agents), thus causing a reduction in their performances. VIBATAN PE ANTIBLOCKING 03946 avoids such inconveniences, increases the formation of micro-wrinkling on the film surface, reduces the points of contact and thus gives a perfect detaching effect.
Cast filming : easy detachment of the film from the reel during production
Blow filming : in addition to what above easy aperture of the extrusion bubble
VIBATAN PE ANTIBLOCKING 03946 is suggested for the production of food packages (ask for Food approval Certificate to learn about possible limitations required by different countries).
