Composition:
VIBATAN PP FLAME RETARDANT 04117 is a dispersion of a compound with a low content of halogen and phosphorus in polypropylene.
Application:
VIBATAN PP FLAME RETARDANT 04117 has been studied to make polypropylene self-extinguish and to have the following advantages :
It is recommended to keep processing temperature below 240 250°C, in order to avoid the degradation of the additive.

Application:
VIBATAN PP FLAME RETARDANT 04117 has been studied to make polypropylene self-extinguish and to have the following advantages :
- no antimony trioxide
- no influence on the final colour of end products. In neutral polymer a light opaline effect is conferred
- low quantity of bromine; by using 04117 at a 3% dosage the quantity of halogenated compound in the final product will be of 0,10%
- low emission of toxic smokes
It is recommended to keep processing temperature below 240 250°C, in order to avoid the degradation of the additive.
