Non-Toxic White Opacifying Pigment surpassing ISO 473-77. Optical performance, fineness and dispersibility are advanced to new performance levels. Optical scatter, fineness and good dispersibility producing a co-crystalline particle with high light -scattering and refractive index. WC 30 offers 1/3 the opacity of TiO2. Wide resin compatibility. Ultra low oil absorption and specific surface area result in low binder demand facilitating low VOC, high solids formulations. Its soft texture and low Mohs hardness provide superior abrasion resistance and substrate adhesion by improving film tightness.Satisfies FDA requirements for Indirect Food Additive and Component of Coatings.
