GYC GY-PUA-22
Introduction:
GY-PUA-22 which is designed by GO YEN CHEMICAL (GYC Group) technical department, is a multi-function modifier applied to many kinds of polyurethane (PU) industrial products and related resin.
It can be used in related PU industry to increase functions in physical and machinery ability including weather resistance, heat resistance ( improve the heat resistance of PTMEG), abrasion-resisting, and waterproof( hydrolysis resistance overpass all traditional polyester polyol) .
GY-PUA-22 can enhance the added value for finished products.
The application ranges of GY-PUA-22 is extensive, includes PU foam, TPU, PU leather, hydrolysis resistance PU resin, high strength polyurethane material, waterproof Polymer, construction plastic…etc. It can raise PU and related industry additional value effectively, and now numerous plants worldwide designate this product to apply in their formula.
Characteristic:
- Given all kinds of PU & TPU products good waterproof, machinery strength abrasion resistance.
- Overpass all polyester polyol and polyether polyol hydrolisis ability.
- Can be used in related engineering plastic (NYLON, PBT, PET, PC) and thermoplastic elastomer.
- Improve drawback in weather resistance, yellowish and heat-resistant.
- Increase the abrasion resistance of polyether PU resin.
- Apply to polyurethane adhesion layer or PU adhesive, can increase peeling off strength &cutting strength.
- GY-PUA-22, related PU Resin and Polyol has good processing ability and compatibility.
- Improve instable situation due to light or products process for various kinds of synthetic leather.
- GY-PUA-22 can be intensifier of physical properties for various kinds of PU resin
- Applied in outdoor polyester leather, TPU products to possess long- term freezing resistance.
- Applied in TPU, decreasing fish eye, crater, nebulization and poor shape of extrusion or injection for the finished products of film, tube and sheet.
- Enhance the quality of TPU elastomer.
