Composition:
VIBATAN PP LASER MARKING 04306 is a composition of a special laser marker additive in polypropylene.

Application:
VIBATAN PP LASER MARKING 04306 contains a special pigment sensitive to a laser ray, which therefore secures indelible markings on the end-product.
It is used to make end products easily to be marked with permanent inscriptions, thus avoiding erasures and blurs, typical of the traditional printing ink process.
It is suitable to be used for main transformation processes such as injection moulding.

Thanks to VIBATAN PP LASER MARKING 04306, it is possible to have:

• dark grey/black inscriptions on a white background (by adding TiO2);

• dark grey/black inscriptions on a coloured background (by adding light colour pigments).

• dark grey/black inscriptions on a transparent back ground.

It is suitable for marking by laser Nd:YAG.
A good marking not only depends on the quality and quantity of the chosen additive, but also on the type of laser and on the power of the ray; this is why preliminary tests are suggested.
