VIBATAN PE BACTERIOSTATIC 01639 is a dispersion of organic bacteriostatic agent in polyethylene.
Application:
VIBATAN PE BACTERIOSTATIC 01639 is recommended for polyolefines and other polymeric compositions requiring preservation against fungal and bacterial deterioration,
such as:
Interior Application: waste receptacles and insulating facing - suggested dosage 1%
Exterior Application: drainage hose, evaporation barriers and underground cable jacketing - suggested dosage: 2%
Sanitary Application: tooth brushes, hospital supplies, garbage containers, shoe insoles, etc.
The addition level depends on the fungal and bacterial susceptibility of the product, the amount of preservation required, the ultimate use of product and the degree of exposure to outdoor weathering or other conditions favourable for fungal and bacterial growth
