Sunsine ZDBC-80
Predispersed ZDBC-80 in the natural rubber and SBR, NBR, EPDM synthetic rubber vulcanization rate quickly. Thiuram and thiazole vulcanization accelerator may reduce speed and improve processing safety. ZDEC-80, ZEPC-80 and ZDMC-80 compared with the pre-dispersed, the product is the scorch time is shorter, the curing time is longer. Alkaline accelerator effect of this product has activated. A small amount of pre-dispersed ZDBC-80 secondary accelerator may be used mercaptans or thiuram accelerators. Vulcanized rubber has good tensile strength and resilience, and in the NR and IR with an antioxidant can improve the heat resistance.
