It is easy for the paint applied the product to form cross-linking structure with inorganic base material, and thereby provides excellent adhesive to the paints, and enhance the smoothness and powderizing resistance of the paints. With the present of phenoxy organic functional group, the oxidizing resistance and gross retention of the paints are remarkable improved, and it is therefore possible for them to achieve excellent weatherability.
