PLASBLAK® LL6050 black masterbatch is suitable for use in cold potable water, pipe, and cable sheathing applications. It contains a small particle size carbon black combined with an antioxidant approved for use in potable water, which together offer maximum protection against UV light degradation.

Method of addition:
PLASBLAK® LL6050 black masterbatch is designed for ease of dilution and homogeneous mixing and is therefore suitable for direct addition using automatic dosing units or by pre- blending.

Addition rate:
The amount of masterbatch added depends on the performance requirements of the final application. The recommended addition rate for maximum UV light protection is 5.5% masterbatch.
