CAI Nucleating Agent - ST-NA22D
ST-NA22A is a special nucleating agent for various polyamides (PA6, PA66, PA11, PA12). It disperses uniformly in the polyamide resin to induce crystalline arrangement of the polymer molecular chains and to promote the crystallization speed of the resin for improved processing and application properties.
ST-NA22A has advantages during injection molding:
The additive is not only suitable for the unreinforced nylon, but also for the reinforced nylon, particularly those with glass fiber. It can form a finer and more uniform crystal structure in glass fiber filled polyamide resin.
ST-NA22A has advantages during injection molding:
- Shorter molding cycle and greater production efficiency.
- Improved demolding.
- Improved dimensional stability of products
- Reduced shrinkage.
- Prevent stress cracking of products.
- Improved mechanical properties (e.g. increased tensile strength, hardness).
