- SONGSORB® 3600 is a strong absorber of ultraviolet radiation in the 300~400? region and has a high degree of photostability - photochemical energy absorbed in the ultraviolet region is dissipated as thermal energy.
- Excellent thermal properties.
- Excellent choice for applications that require low volatility and high loadings.
- Excellent choice of light stabilizer for high temperature polymers like polycarbonate.
- High molecular weight - Helpful in preventing plate out on molds and die lip build up.
- Can be used Acrylic resins, Polyalkylene terephthalates, Polycarbonates, modified Polyphenylene ether or sulfide compounds, Polyamides, Polyacetals, Polyolefins, styrenics, elastomers and high performance plastics.
