Dusantox HT/CP utilizes the synergistic effect of CDPA with other antioxidants in improving heat ageing resistance of vulcanizates (even at high temperatures as 150 °C, NBR) but also improves the resistance against oxygen and dynamic fatigue. Suitable for products based on NR, IR, SBR, NBR, CR, EPDM. It disperses easily in the compounds. Typical dosage varies from 0.5 - 3.0 phr depending upon the improvements required in ageing. Dusantox HT/CP represents a non-staining and non-discolouring antidegradant. It can find application mainly in protection of (technical) rubber goods, hoses, cables, but also as stabilizer in polyolefins. Dusantox HT is available also in form of dust-free pellets (Dusantox HT/G-80).
