DS2200-13P is designed to reinforce polyolefin systems, specifically polypropylene and polyethylene compounds. This product offers exceptional mechanical and ageing performances, this unique combination of properties enabling reinforced materials to replace metal or other reinforced thermoplastics in automotive components (incl. under the bonnet parts) and appliances. DS2200-13P chopped strand provides critical outstanding stiffness/impact balance, excellent dispersion capability, as well as superior long term resistance (heat and fatigue). The product can be used with much lower amount of chemical coupling agent than commercially available products, without any impact on mechanical performances. An innovative manufacturing technology provides DS2200-13P chopped strand with high bulk density for optimal flow and feeding properties.

3B E-CR glass is boron-free and presents significantly improved corrosion resistance across a wide range of aggressive environments. 3B glass is E-CR according to ASTM D578 and ISO 2078.
