Introduction:

GY-SS-232 is environmentally flame retardant which got excellent fire resistance and smoke suppression. It also can apply to various industries, such as domestic and international high-end plastic PVC wire and cable, plastic, rubber, paint or polymer...etc.

Applications & Advantages:

Use as flame retardant in plastic industry

Provide the great smoke suppression property of PVC and range of resins

Excellence heat resistance which can apply to engineering plastic and the products which need high temperature processed

Replaced the non-traditionally, high lead, high cadmium and high smoke of traditional Sb203 which will be eliminated by EU

GY-SS-232 can be replaced for Molybdenum Trioxide in PVC FRLS cable compound industry.

GY-SS-232 was developed initially for using on halogen containing polymer formulation.

GY-SS-232 is the excellent smoke suppression agent.

GY-SS-232 belongs to Halogen-Free,non-toxic, Environment-friendly flame retardant (HFFR).

GY-SS-232 is suitable for flexible PVC for wires and cables

GY-SS-232 can apply to various kinds of plastic, rubber, paint and polymers, such as following materials

- PVC (Rigid and Flexible), FRLS cable compound
- Alkyd Resin-Based Paints
- Chlorosulphonated Polyethylene (Hypalon)
- Polyester Resins
- Polyamide (Nylon 6 and Nylon 66)
- Polychloroprene (Neoprene)
- EVA, HFFR cable compound
- Epoxy Resins and Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate Copolymer
