Properties: Peptizer 86, non-dusting blue flakes, is a type of derivative products of P-22. Compared with powder peptizers, it improves the operating environment greatly. It can be weighted automatically, and processed easily.

Applications: Peptizer 86 can be added at the period of plasticize or peptize on the open mills or internal mixers in the natural rubber or unsaturated synthetic rubber compound. It can enhance the milling efficiency evidently at above 70oC, and has the best effect at 150 to 160oC. It can accelerate the molecular chains to break and reduce the milling time, so it can decrease the processing cost.
