VIBATAN PP AT 75 is an antistatic masterbatch containing a special combination of antistatic additives of slow migration in a polypropylene homopolymer carrier.
Migrating to the surface, they capture atmospheric moisture and form a conductive layer which helps to dissipate the static charge.
A secondary effect of VIBATAN PP AT 75 is the improvement of the slip properties film/metal and film/film.

Application:
VIBATAN PP AT 75 is used in the core layer of films. Its use is intended for applications where an optimum surface resistivity and a rapid elimination of static charge during processing at the end-user are required.
It is especially recommended for high quality laminations on paper and card.
