VIBATAN PP AB 5 is an antiblocking masterbatch containing amorphous synthetic silica, in a polypropylene homopolymer carrier, which prevents the severe blocking tendency of polyolefin films.
The high dispersion of the additive in the masterbatch guarantees an excellent homogeneity in the final product.
The addition of VIBATAN PP AB 5 prevents the typical problems experienced during the winding and unwinding of the film.

Application:
VIBATAN PP AB 5 is especially intended for the manufacture of general purpose BOPP films.
Compared to other conventional products based on synthetic silica, VIBATAN PP AB 5, when added to the skin layers, has a minimal effect on the final transparency of the film.
