Composition:
VIBATAN PE ANTIBLOCKING 00226 is a 50% dispersion of a natural silica in polyethylene.

Application:
VIBATAN PE ANTIBLOCKING 00226 is suggested for the extrusion of polyolefine films.
The contained silica creates so me micro-wrinkles on the surface of the film which reduce the adherence: in this way, both the unwinding of the film and the opening of the tubular in blown film extrusi on is much more easier. The immediate consequence is an increase of the production speed and an easy set up for the extrusion or blown extrusion equipment.
VIBATAN PE ANTIBLOCKING 00226 may have a slight influence on the transparency of the end-product, depending on the dosage and on the thickness of the article.

The high concentration can be seen as an economic benefit for those applications where a considerable antiblocking effect is required, meaning a saving in the dosage rate (anyway, a diluted version with just 20% natural silica is available: VIBATAN PE ANTIBLOCKING 00700).
