Atmer 7749 is a 75% concentrate in PE for use as a flame retardant in PE.

Atmer 7749 is a combination of chemicals dispersed in PE. Using a concentrate gives better dispersion and overcomes complications that can be encountered when using additives in their natural physical forms.

Guidelines for use
Atmer 7749 is incorporated into the polymer during processing. Experience has shown that simple manual mixing will normally give an acceptable dispersion, though mechanical means are preferred.
Typical addition levels are 3.5 - 4.5% in injection moulding and sheet extrusion.
