Applications
Incromold™ T is an internal molding release additive used to improve cycle time and productivity in a variety of polymers. Incromold™ T is suitable for use at temperatures up to and above 280 °C.

Mode of Action
Incromold™ T can be dispersed evenly through the polymer in the melt phase. It migrates to the surface of the polymer where it forms a thin lubricating layer. This layer reduces coefficient of friction between surfaces and prevents any unwanted adhesion.

Guidelines for Use
Incromold™ T is an internal additive and can be incorporated into resin as supplied or via masterbatch / pre-blend. Experience has shown that simple manual mixing prior to processing will normally give an acceptable dispersion though, mechanical means are preferred.
Typical addition levels are 0.5 % for molding applications.
