CHB -2
CHB-2 is kind of nucleator for PBT/PET/PA. With its outstanding thermal stability, chemical inertness and dispersion, it can improve the rigidity and HDT of PBT/PET/PA products.
PROPERTIES
White powder, insoluble in water.
APPLICATIONS
CHB-2 can improve gloss, rigidity, flexural modulus and tensile strength of PBT/PET/PA products. It can improve the HDT and dimensional stability, reduce the shrinkage rate, shorten the molding cycle time. As a result, the mechanical and thermal properties of PBT/PET/PA products, as well as the production efficiency are improved.
USAGES
Mix CHB-1/CHB-2/CHB-3 with resin together, then process into products extrusion or injection molding. In order to improvethe dispersion, It's recommended to make CHB-1/CHB-2/CHB-3 into master batch or NDO before feeding.
Recommended dosage is 0.05~0.3%.
