Kettlitz-Dispergator SI/GR is a new generation of processing aid based on a silicone combination. The process aid has been developed especially for EPDM and EVA compounds to improve process ability. By using a dosage of 3 - 5 phr the tackiness of the compounds can be reduced significantly and in conclusion an improvement in process ability can be achieved.

To improve the process ability of highly filler rubber compounds, especially cable compounds filled with high quantities of aluminum hydroxide, the new product Kettlitz-Dispergator SI/GR can be used excellently.

The build-up of residues or so-called mold fouling on extruder heads or injection channels can be reduced significantly. Therefore the cleaning intervals of the equipment can be extruded. The output resp. extrusion rate can be improved by approx. 80%.

Dispergator SI/GR has no negative influence neither on electrical nor on physical properties. There is also no tendency of migration in EPDM or EVA compounds.
