Antitack BTO-7 is a pigment-free antitack agent for the treatment of unvulcanized rubber compounds based on different bio-degradable detergents in combination with anti-foam and anti-corrosive additives.

The product was developed especially for the treatment in batch-off equipment working in dipping or spraying system. The use of Antitack BTO-7 results in an extremely proper production site and in a very low wear and tear of the machinery.

Another application is the treatment of profiles, bellows, bushings or similar product to avoid that the vulcanized products may stick together or to make the assembly of these parts easier.

After drying the use of Antitack BTO-7 results in a transparent film which can be washed off easily.

The concentration of the antitack agent can be determined by conductivity, i. e. an automatic dosage is possible. More information on this matter can be given upon request.

Recommended dosage for first trials: 1:15 (Antitack BTO-7:H2O).

Antitack BTO-7 is of relatively low viscosity and can be diluted even with cold water in every dilution rate without problems.
