KY-390 is a sort of brand-new liquid hindered-phenolic antioxidant. It has not only excellent oxidation resistance, but also unique liquid properties easy for computation and transportation. Low volatility, excellent compatibility, without diluting during the addition and 100% activity are its outstanding characteristics. It can be coordinated with dispersant agents such as polyethylene wax, oxidated polyethylene wax and wax oil. It can be used alone or in combination with other functional stabilizers to exert superior synergistic effects as well.

Application & Features:

KY-390offers excellent oxidation resistance, and it is well suitable for use in the overall process of polymer manufacturing and processing. For the stabilization of polyurethane slabstock foams, it can effectively prevent the formation of peroxides during storage, transportation and further protect against scorching during foaming. In the field of automobile, it can prevent fogging. The performance of KY-390 can be further enhanced by using it in combination with other phenolic antioxidant, substituted aromatic amines e.g. lrganox 5057, and/or with costabilizerse.g. phosphitesthioethershydroxylamines, lactones etc.,other phenolic antioxidant, as well as light stabilizer e.g. ultraviolet absorbers and HALS. Typical levels of KY-390 are between 1500 and 5000 ppm and KY-390 can be easily pumped and incorporated before, during and after the polymerization.
