Moulex® TPR
Characteristics
MOULEX® TPR is a semi-permanent water based release agent for elastomers. Specifically developed for tyre industry it is most efficient with standard polymers (NR, SBR, BR, EPDM).
Due to its red coloured formulation, you can easily visualize the layer sprayed on the mould, thus reducing mould fouling and the consumption of release agent.
Sprayed at least at 70°C, MOULEX® TPR is very suitable on metallic moulds and rubber bladders.
