RECOMMENDATIONS FOR APPLICATION :
ULTRA-LUBE 230 is a processing additive for most polymers. It shows outstanding performance as a dispersing aid for commonly used fillers in rubber compounding.
In injection and transfer molding ULTRA-LUBE 230 leads to faster mold filling due to internal lubrification. An improved mold release can also be observed.
ULTRA-LUBE 230 works also very well as an internal release agent that prevents sticking of compounds to rolls and rotors.
ULTRA-LUBE 230 has a chemical structure which does not adversely interfere with most curing systems. Due to its low dosage levels there is little or no effect on physical properties.
