Silicone masterbatch LYSI-01N is our new product which dispersed in LDPE with ultra-high molecular weight (UHMW) silicone content. Compared with LYSI-01, properties like liquidity and mold release are improved. It overcomes the weakness of traditional silicone oil as the plastic additives, and it has a large silicone content, high molecular weight, no precipitation, no slipping in the screw extruder and so on.

Obvious lower the coefficient of friction, improve surface smoothness, gloss ,enhance the surface silk texture, scratch resistance and abrasion resistance.

Use methods:
LYSI-01N mixed with its compatible resin at a certain proportion then molding or pelleting directly.
Recommend dosage:
When added at 0.5%to 2%, can improve the product's processing, liquidity and mold release. At a high level: 1% to 5% can improve the surface properties (smoothness, scratch resistance and abrasion resistance).
