APPLICATIONS:
PROPERTIES:
- In PVC paste/plastisols for rotational moulding toys, crown caps, dip coating where it functions as a viscosity depressant.
- FINALUX-G 4 can replace 10 -15% of the primary plasticizer in formulation containing 40 phr plasticizer. In mixture with a higher plasticizer content, the compatibility of FINALUX-G 4 is reduced. In mixtures with lower plasticizer level, higher dosage of FINALUX-G 4 can be used.
- Lubricant for PVC blown film.
PROPERTIES:
- Non-volatile viscosity depressant
- Secondary plasticizer for PVC pastes
- Readily soluble in esters, ketones, chlorinated hydrocarbons, aliphates and aromatic hydrocarbons
- Compatible with PVC and vinyl chloride co-polymerisates in combination with good primary plasticizer like DOP
- Internal lubricant
