WAX 2100 Series is one kind of synthetic wax, also called Gloss Lubricant Dispersants except performance EBS, it is also one kind of high-efficient lubricant dyestuff dispersing agent with better dispersiveness, brightness, and lubrication due to its specific chemical structure.

Major Functions:

WAX 2100 Series is used in glass fiber reinforced nylon (GFRA), PBT, PET, ABS, POM, and other products, preventing glass fiber floating to the surface. It is heat resistant and also can be used to reinforce properties of PC, PPS, etc.

WAX 2100 Series is specifically designed to meet the need of optimizing dispersing properties for high load pigment color masterbatch and dry pigments. It is especially suitable for carbon black, phthalocyanine blue, phthalocyanine green, etc. which are difficult to disperse.

WAX 2100 is used in plastic color masterbatch to enhance its MFR and improve surface gloss. In the process of modified plastics materials. For example: filled PP and Nano TiO2/HIPS. It improves gloss and as compatibilizer to enhance gloss of final products.
