DANCOLOR® MB-9005/355/PU is a combined masterbatch based on TPU, which is delivered in form of even black pigmented granules (pellets). This TPU concentrate is used for pigmenting of thermoplastic polyurethanes as well as for the reaching of matt surfaces. It contains therefore already an matted additive.

DANCOLOR® MB-9005/355/PU can be added to our polyurethanes based on polyester as well to our polyurethanes based on polyether.

DANCOLOR® MB-9005/355/PU is suitable for the processing by extrusion, injection moulding and for melt-calendering.

Application

DANCOLOR® MB-9005/355/PU can be applied and mixed with all products out of our PEARLTHANE®-or PEARLCOAT®- range ( based on polyester or polyether ) which find their application by extrusion, injection moulding or calendering. An addition of 1 to 3% ( calculated by the weight of the TPU ) is recommended. If there is a requirement by the end product, higher doses can also be considered.
