Ultraflon MP-80/92 is a granular-based PTFE powder additive, and has achieved FDA compliance to 21 CFR 177.1550. It possesses an average particle size of 8 microns, and exhibits a precise, narrow distribution. Its robust particle morphology resists deagglomeration (compared to coagulated dispersion-based additives) ensuring uniformity in properties regardless of processing techniques. This allows MP-80/92 to contribute homogeneous, consistent properties regardless of matrix material.
