BNX® 1037 is a high performance multifunctional antioxidant developed for the stabilization of hot melt adhesives based on unsaturated styrenic copolymers (SIS, SBS, SBR, etc.), solvent-based adhesives, water-based adhesives, unsaturated styrenic copolymers, and polyurethanes.

Applications:
BNX® 1037 is a high performance multifunctional antioxidant developed for the stabilization of hot melt adhesives based on unsaturated copolymers (SIS, SBS, SBR, etc.). This product is also suitable for the stabilization of solvent-based adhesives, water-based adhesives, unsaturated block copolymers, and polyurethanes. Due to its unique chemical structure it can be used in most applications without co-stabilizers. In some applications the performance of the product can be enhanced by using it in combination with a secondary antioxidant such as Benefos® 1680 or BNX® DLTDP. For applications in which light stability is also a requirement, BNX® 1037 may be employed in combination with light stabilizers such as ultraviolet absorbers and hindered amines.
