Application
TOTM is a primary plasticizer with heat-resistance and durability. It can be used in PVC, vinylchloride copolymer, cellulose nitrate, ethyl cellulose and poly(methyl methacrylate) etc. It has both the advantage of polyester plasticizer and monomer plasticizer. Its plasticizing efficiency and processing property is similar to that of phthalic acid esters. Its compatibility, plasticizing property, low temperature performance, resistance transference,water extraction resistance and heat stability is priory to that of polyester plasticizers. It has good electrical properties. TOTM is mainly used in thermostable wire and cable with 105°C level and other products with heat-resistance and durability such as panels, sheet materials, sealing gaskets
and etc.
