Application
SW-Benzoflex 80 is a high solvating Dibenzoate plasticizer. Its main component is Dipropylene Glycol Dibenzoate (CAS No.27138-31-4) andDiethylene Glycol Dibenzoate (CAS No.120-55-8). As a replacement for phthalate plasticizers recommended by the European Chemical Agency ( ECHA ),it has been used for many years in a wide variety of applications, including adhesives, caulks, PS sealants, resilient flooring, paints and coatings (as coalescents),etc.
Product Advantages
1) Environmentally friendly plasticizers recommended by the European Chemical Agency ( ECHA ).Does not contain any phthalates.
2) Very good plasticizing effect which means more fillers can be added. In PS sealants formulations, compared with traditional plasticizers, SW-Bexzoflex 80 added can be reduced by around 15%.
3) Compatible with polyvinyl acetate emulsions and PVC. A good combination of cost and performance in water-borne adhesives industry.
