- The product is suitable for NR., SBR, IR, BR, CR, NBR, HR, EPDM, CSM and ACR, etc.
- The product possesses strong dispersing performance and it can be used to quicken and improve dispersing effect of carbon black, white carbon black and other fillers, so it can shorten compounding time, improve efficiency and reduce production cost.
- When it is added in the process of mixing it can dramatically decrease Mooney viscosity but does not affect the vulcanizing system, Mooney scorching time, vulcanizing speed, hardness, fixed stretching stress, drawing strength and other physical and mechanical properties.
- AT-B has good plasticizing function on rubber compounds, and can improve the uniform degree and compatibility of compounding material, prevent products from blooming.
- It can obviously improve the wear-resistance and anti-tearing properties of the rubber compounds, and can also improve the flame-retarding effect.
- The product can obviously improve the rolling process and extrusion of sizing material, so the processed sizing material is with high compactness and smooth surface without pores.
- As a kind of comprehensive and hi-performance rubber blending agent, the product is widely used for processing various rubber products, especially for tyre and rubber shoes soles and products with extrusion molding.
