Sinobase Peptizer 103 (Renacit VII)
Properties: nontoxic, partly fusing, insoluble in water and most organic solvent. Stable at normal conditions.
Applications: It is suitable for the peptizing of natural or synthetic rubber in open or internal mixer. The peptizing temperature can be low as 50 to 80oC or be high as 130 to160oC. It does not influence the physical-mechanical properties and ageing resistance. Peptizer 103 is a type of high efficiency and energy saving products. It can reduce approximate 1/3 of milling time, so can save energy and improve the labor productivity greatly.
