SOLANE® SBP spirits are designed for the rubber industry and are generally employed in the production of industrial rubbers and the formulation of rubber- or polychloroprene-based adhesives.
Products in the SOLANE® range are special boiling point aliphatic solvents.SBP spirits are clear, low-viscosity fluids.

Practically insoluble in water, they are miscible with numerous organic solvents. They are excellent solvents for grease, wax, resins, etc.

To provide users with solvents displaying toxicological and ecotoxicological values below those required by legislation in force, TOTAL Special Fluids have considerably reduced the aromatic compound content of products in the SOLANE® range. These solvents contain 10 ppm (10-5) of aromatic compounds on average, thus providing greater flexibility in formulation. In particular, SOLANE® solvents contain less than 1 ppm of benzene (guaranteed content below 5 ppm).
