Composition:
VIBATAN PET SLIP 03015 is a dispersion of a special and innovative slipping agent on a homopolymer polyester carrier.
Application:
VIBATAN PET SLIP 03015 is a formulation suggested for the processing of polyester during extrusion (foils and sheets), film blowing (bottles) and injection moulding
(preforms).
The main advantages when using VIBATAN PET SLIP 03015 are the following :
1 Reduction of COF (coefficient of friction), which means increase of slip feature;
2 Increase in melted mass lubrication, which means process aid performance;
3 Increase in "de-nesting" performances in stacked end-products;
4 Better "mould release" effect;
5 Better surface resistance to frictions and scratches, which means reduction of waste;
6 Increase of surface brilliance.
This masterbatch does not cause yellowing, keeps the end-product properly transparent and does not change the polymer viscosity.
