CYD-6100 is a new kind of impact modifier with dispersing performance for polyolefin polymers, the special dendritic structure is designed by CYD company. Be different from the traditional impact modifiers, CYD-6100 can apparently improve the mechanical property of polyolefin polymers, meanwhile, it can increase the melt fluidity property, which have been successfully applied in pipes, automobile parts, instrument shells and plastic furniture, etc.

The main application:

Replace the POE, significantly increase the impact strength of modified PP with high content fillers. Under same dosage, the product impact strength can be higher increased by 20-80% than the POE. CYD-6100 have been successfully applied in the production of automobile bumpers and plastic furniture, etc.

Excellent dispersion and processing performance. On equal impact strength level, the CYD-6100 formula's melting index is 50% higher than the POE formula.

CYD-6100 is especially suitable for modified PP with high content fillers. CYD-6100 can realize the same impact strength with lower dosage than POE. Also it can help to add more fillers in the formulation because of the excellent compatibilization property.
