Doverguard 59 is highly effective when reacted into epoxy resin system, due to its structural compatibility, high bromine content, and thermal stability. High purity allows its use as a reactive
flame retardant for polycarbonates and as an additive for styrenic thermoplastics such as ABS and high impact polystyrene.
