Moulex® RI 80 AP
MOULEX® RI 80 AP is a processing aid for EPDM and highly filled polychloroprene compounds.
In case of moulded parts, MOULEX® RI 80 AP allows to lower viscosity, thus increasing injection rate. In addition, MOULEX® RI 80 AP also improves release properties, while reducing mould fouling.
In case of extruded parts, MOULEX® RI 80 AP allows to reduce die swell. In case of highly filled polychloroprene compounds, MOULEX® ETAK 03 can be combining with MOULEX® RI 80 AP in order to reduce sticking of the rubber mix to rotors and roll.
