Product Description
Technirez® NP-20/B2 is solid epoxy adduct of a"2" type solid diglycidyl ether of Bisphenol A and a carboxylated nitrile rubber at 20%. NP-20/B2 can be formulated in a variety of hot melt and solvent based systems allowing a masterbach of the nitrile rubber in epoxy resin, resulting in significant improvements in impact resistance, thermal shock resistance and fatigue resistance, as well as excellent hot/wet properties, when NP-20/B2 is used alone or in combination with other epoxy resins. NP-20/B2 is offered as a coarse ground pellet, and it is also offered as a fine-grind 150 micron powder. NP-20/B5 is the ideal additive for use in Powder Coatings, and Composites, as well as adhesives, where high impact resistance and high Tg's are required.
