COAG 40
COAG-40 controls sag in PVC plastisol coatings and sealants with a Thixotropic effect by creating a more shear-thinning rheological behavior. This means that the flow and ease of application are not affected. The product is supplied as a gel on the same basis as the COAG-60 but is diluted with a Non-VOC, renewable fluid for easier handling. COAG-40 can be simply stirred into the formulation. The gel structure is not broken down by heat, giving sag control at all temperatures, even during the gelation process.
