Features:
Omnistab B 215 is a convenient blend addressing a range of stabilization needs. Compared with other Antioxidants, Omnitab AN B215 has low color formation and could improve long term thermal stability.
The proportion of Omnistab AN168 and AN 1010 is 2: 1.
Omnistab AN B215 makes good use of the advantage of both AN1010 and AN 168.
Omnitab AN 1010 could absorb peroxide free radical ROO., while Omnitab AN 168 could absorb Hydrogen peroxide. So the oxidation chain reaction will be stopped.
Therefore it provides long-term thermal stability by preventing thermo-oxidative degradation during service life.
Applications:
Omnistab AN B215 can be used in polyolefins and olefin-copolymers such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polybutene and ethylene-vinylacetate copolymers. The blend can also be used in other polymers such as engineering plastics, styrene homo- and copolymers,polyurethanes, elastomers, adhesives, and other organic substrates.
Omnistab AN B215 can be used in combination with light stabilizers of the Omnistab Series.
