Our release film MB ZY-0203 taking LDPE as carrier resin, compounded with many high efficient slip agents and anti block agents work together producted in special technology by imported advanced internal mixer. It produces an extreme thin layer on surface of rubber release film to increase the release between rubber and film so that avoid stretch broken of release film.

Application
1. Apply to rubber using release film, anticorrosion adhesive tape, also fit to other polyolefin products require slip function.
2. Recommended dosage 2-3% (depends on products demand)
Product Features
- produce a special slip layer efficiently reduce stick between rubber and release film. Perfect release effect makes flat film replace embossed release film.
- no separate out, anti stick, non effect on rubber's properties
- under recommended dosage, non effect on film's mechanical property
Application
