It can improve dispersion and adhesion in polymers for fillers. Application of NDZ-132 can obtain improved processing flow ability, mechanical strength of composite materials. It can be applied to treat inorganic materials such as calcium carbonate, kaoline, etc., to improve hydrophobic property, dispersion for the filler, and improve mechanical strength and reduce moisture absorption. The rubber with filler treated by NDZ-132 can have higher tearing strength and tensile strength, so silica can be partly replaced. It is used to prepare filler masterbatch, deep color masterbatch, degradation masterbatch, modification masterbatch, reinforcement masterbatch, etc. It can be applied to PVC, PE, PP and other polyolefins in extrusion, calendaring, injection molding to improve quality, reduce cost, and improve processing properties.
